Evan williams
Managing Principal
As Managing Principal, Evan is responsible for the ECG investment strategy, fund-raising and financial operations. With more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, Evan has been involved in over $200 million in real estate transactions consisting of both acquisitions and debt financing.
Additionally, Evan is a co-owner and serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Mission Construction, Inc., a Minneapolis-based commercial general contractor. Previously, Evan served as the Chief Financial Officer of Maven Real Estate Partners.
Evan earned a BS in Accounting and MBA from Valparaiso University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
ERIC AELING
Principal
Eric is responsible for general construction management and oversees the execution of ECG's development projects. With over 14 years of project management experience, Eric is well versed in all aspects of commercial construction. In addition to ECG, Eric is a co-owner and Vice President of Mission Construction, Inc.
Eric earned a BS in Construction Management from North Dakota State University.
tom ward
Principal
Tom is responsible for fund-raising and working with investors. In additional to ECG, he is a co-owner and President of Mission Construction, where is responsible for managing company operations and leading the business development team. Previously, Tom worked at Black & Veatch, a global engineering company based in Overland Park, KS.
Tom earned a bachelor's degree of Applied Science in Construction Engineering from North Dakota State University.
